All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars and include 6% federal sales tax.
The dates shown are actual hunting days. You arrive in camp a day prior and leave a day after the indicated date.

What is included:

• Your hunting licence
• All Tags for all species available at the time
• All Helicopter flights necessary to obtain a representable trophy
• All Bush plane within the hunting concession
• All Trophy fees payable to the Government of Canada (Royalties)
• All payments to NRHPF (Non Resident Hunting Preservation Fund)
• All Sales tax occurring on any payments (GST), with non-resident tax rebate applied
• All Export Permits and Cities documents
• Your Personal Guide
• All the Camping gear excluding personal sleeping bag and mattress
• Full Service in main camp (Accommodation, Food, Beverages, Alcoholic drinks)
• Unlimited Sat phone usage in camp
• All Field preparation of your trophies (salting and drying of capes, boiling and bleaching of skulls)
• Flying of Trophies to Ft. Simpson at the end of season (middle of October)
• Full Expediting Service in Fort Simpson, handling of export permits in Ft. Simpson before you leave

What is not included:

• Trophy fees after kill payable to the Outfitters (listed below)
• Travel and hotel expenses
• Trophy and Meat flying to Ft. Simpson during the season, unless space is available
• Trophy shipment from Fort Simpson to your final destination - see info on trophy shipment
• Taxidermy expenses
• Gratuities to your guides and camp staff

Deposit Requirements:
To reserve your space we require a deposit of 50% of the hunt price a year before the hunt takes place. The balance of the hunt price is due by May 15th the year of the hunt. A 25% deposit is required to hold your space for bookings made more than a year in advance. An additional 25% will be due by Nov 15th the year prior to your hunt with the balance again being payable by May 15th the year of the hunt. A hunting contract and a receipt will be issued for your initial deposit, which will also indicate the remaining payment schedule.

Payment options:
All funds are charged in Canadian Dollars. Payments in US Dollars or any other currency are readily accepted and can be wired to our CAD account in Whitehorse. We also accept VISA or MASTER card payments. For any other form of payment like traveller cheques, certified cheques, bank drafts or cash the daily noon rate of "Bank of Canada" will be used for conversion the day your payment takes place.  We are sorry for the inconvenience but cannot accept personal cheques.

Cancelation policy:
For cancellations prior to March 1st an administration fee of $ 2,000 is withheld. For cancellations after March 1st the year of your hunt no funds can be reimbursed, however a replacement hunter of your choice may be substituted. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

These hunts are back pack hunts and you will be helicoptered in and out of your mountain camps. Not much time lost in getting to prime sheep areas. If you didn't get within 300 yrds. of a legal ram, 3.900 will be returned or deposited for a future hunt.

These hunts are back pack hunts and the helicopter will fly you to moose rutting grounds. Using the helicopter, retrieving a 2000 lbs brute is a piece of cake. Included: Helicopter hours, all tags listed below, hunting licence, Roayalties to Gov't, Export permits, Cities permits, Preservation fund, Federal Sales Tax. If you didn't get within 300 yrds of a bull moose, 5,900 will be returned or deposited for a future hunt.
